JEFF AND TRICIA 

Jeff and Tricia both have been involved with horses since their youth. Jeff is a Professional Farrier for 35 years. Tricia is a Certified American Riding Instructor since 1996 and an AQHA Professional Horseman. Both Jeff and Tricia have 80 years combined experience starting, training and showing horses. 

BREEDING HORSES

For 27 years, Jeff and Tricia have been breeding, raising and training cow horses that are trainable, athletic and  intelligent. Horses that are suitable for Non pros to Open riders, in and out of the arena

War Bird Dog (Dual Rey x Eat a Peach) sire of earners $400,000 +, Smart Cat CD ( Highbrow CD x Smart Little Cassie), RCC Charming Cat ( Cats Skeeterbee x Iwhiz A Skeeterbee) are the current breeding stallions.

The broodmares are a special part of the Thunderstruck Farms legacy. Many are 5th generation born and raised at Thunderstruck Farms. Each mare has proven herself in or out of the arena or as a part of Tricia's elite lesson program.

Jeff and Tricia are actively involved — from daily chores to foaling, training, and showing. Their approach ensures that every horse they raise receive hands-on care and concentrated training to create good citizens in and out of the arena.
